My experience was not great. The techs didn't install the ducts to the specifications we had discussed with the bidder. They were instructed to run two duct lines side by side to allow us to sheet rock the smallest bulkhead possible. They spaced them 6 inches apart instead. Another run was supposed to be strapped to the floor joist and they dropped it 4 inches below the existing run. They also left debris and a significant amount of dirt behind. I had particles from the sub-floor they cut half way up my walls in multiple rooms. The techs gouged walls down to the basement and left marks on my white walls and baseboards. They also scratched my kitchen island, gouging the wood base and scratching the blue stone top in multiple places, which is not easily repaired. When I spoke with the
