Years ago someone recommended this service to me. I have used it on and off. Initially they were great. As time went on though we kept running into issues where someone would accept the request and then never show up. If they did show up they would blatantly ignore fencing and destroy plants and seedlings or not complete the services that were paid for. The overarching problem with this "service" is that they are unreliable (an understatement). If you needed something like snowplowing day of, good luck. It won't happen. Service providers accept the job quickly but then never show up. It does no good to confirm someone will come with anyone at the company. Which to be fair, is not really the company's fault but rather the service provider. The system is flawed. It's a good idea that is poor

We had a snowplow on a frigid Superbowl Sunday to clean out the snow buildup and ice. Our experience was excellent. The plow happened within 2 hours of ordering online. The driver was diligent and thorough. I imagine the experience is dependent on the service provider, but we were very satisfied.

Snow plowing scheduled for a Sunday evening. Email was sent to me saying the job was done (one day after it was supposed to be). Got home and job was never done. Three days later job still not done. Kept telling me they couldn't get an answer back from original contractor and never reassigned it to a new contractor. Stuck me. All ice now and second round of snow now piling up on top of it. Very disappointed.

I ordered a driveway plow service for 1/26/26 to be completed in the PM, Plowz & Mowz app specifically asks for the time of day. I chose this time frame to allow majority of the predicted snow to fall throughout the day, with 12+ inches predicted, I had to pay an extra amount. The plow driver came before 9 am. I feel scammed and cheated and won't use this service again.

They do a decent job......IF they show up. Over the years, I have canceled more jobs than had them completed because more often than not, they are not assigned to anyone. I decided to give them one last try as I had a credit from last year. The app lets you specify a date for completion. Of course it wasn't completed on that date and they state the date shown in the app is only an estimate. If that's true, then why allow customers to choose a date at all? It is now almost two weeks later and the only thing I ever received were excuses in the form of "we're trying to find someone", so I canceled yet again. And of course they won't give me a refund; just reinstated the credit I attempted to use.
