I called Plumb Pro with a few concerns about my new home and was so impressed with their services. Jordan came out for my first call and was honest and helpful. He walked me through all of our repair options -- he was knowledgable and thorough with his inspection. Because of Jordan's exceptional service, we called Plumb Pro again about a week later with a frozen pipe from the extreme cold. Kenny and Charles came out on short notice and helped us get our water turned back on while also scheduling us for a water filter replacement. They were understanding, knowledgeable, and honest. I needed a new water heater and contacted several plumbing companies for estimates. Although Plumb Pro+ wasn’t the lowest price, they were competitive and were our first choice based on recommendations and many 5-star reviews. The crew arrived and promptly went to work removing our old heater and installed the new one. They did a good job on the installation, cleaned up completely, and tested all of our faucets. They did find a blockage in our kitchen hot water supply line and quickly cleared it out. We are very happy with the installation and all of our interactions with Kyle, Ashley, and their customer service team. We highly recommend Plumb Pro+ for all of your plumbing needs.

I went to turn on my faucet and whoosh water every where at 4:00 am. Thanks to Plumb Pro we received emergency service quickly. Kevin arrived assessed the situation and made the necessary repairs. Zac did a great job repairing the shower. He kept us informed of his arrival time & completed the job efficiently. He was back today to install new water heater..he did a great job!
