Every once in a while, you run into somebody that completely understands and gives exceptional customer service. My experience today with Erik in the parts department was unbelievable. I misplaced a part from a product I purchased and found out it was gonna be expensive to buy, time consuming and pay an exorbitant amount for shipping. Eric went the extra mile and found one that had been discarded that fit perfectly. Thank you Eric

We have had nothing but problems with the Delta bathroom faucets over the last 4 years. Issues started in under a year. The internal mechanisms in all 4 bathroom faucet handle sets have had to be replaced numerous times. They continue to leak around the faucet handles and under some of the sinks. The finish is coming off and they look tacky. Very poor quality product. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with having to deal with all of these issues with new fixtures.

Walked into the showroom today (which is amazing). Looking for a simple grab bar to install in my mother’s place. Armed with just a picture so I could match it to her existing. Showed the guys at the counter what I had and the size I was looking for. With just a quick glance he knew the model that is already installed in her place. In less than 5 minutes I was out of there with the perfect match at a great price. I could have spent countless time trying to find something close at a big box store. Thank you for making this so easy and saving me a day of running around trying to find the perfect match that alone is priceless!!!
