Replaced my water heater! Great company to work with! Communication was excellent. Answered any questions I had! Did a great job. Was very nice and professional! Finished in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this company.

Unlike several plumbers that I called, Plumber Dude's quickly responded the same day to my call. Ron quickly found the issue to our stoppage and explained in detail what repairs were needed. The repairs were made in a timely manner. Ron even cleaned the floor where the repairs were made. I am completed satisfied with their service.

Excellent response time! Our water heater broke on a late Friday afternoon. This company was able to send their tech Friday evening to provide repair estimate and then came back Saturday morning to install it. Leron was courteous, and good about calling in advance of his visit and keeping us informed of progress.

I contacted Plumber Dude's regarding a stoppage affecting my kitchen sinks and washing machine. It took less than 5 minutes to setup an appointment with them. They arrived on time and resolved the problem within a very short time, less than 15 minutes! I was very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism , good attitude, people skills and overall, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Ron explained the cause and location of the problem ( with a neatly drawn diagram ..) and the resolution. Encountered this problem approximately 10 years ago and was told by "another plumbing company " that it was caused by 'tree roots' from a very large tree in my back yard. Today was the first time to use my Home Serve insurance. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly there were able to schedule my appointment! Then, with my permission, they were able to come sooner than scheduled! The work was completed satisfactorily and Kelvin made certain everything was clean before he left.
