The Plumber that came out to services here at Stone Mountain and Covington Hwy, Excellent and he cleaned up and after the job was done he talk me through and show me what was the problem, very smart young man and knowledgeable.

I can’t really rate the repair as of yet. I just hopes it holds better than their price gouging. I do feel that the cost of $900 is way over charge to have to tear into a wall and fix a cracked pipe. The time it took to repair was less than 1 hour and half but that’s not worse part of this experience for me, it was the lack of communication with dealing a home owner and tenant dynamic. Telling things to a tenant does not equal speaking to owner. The kicker is they don’t even repair the wall that they cut out…if they did then I can see why they charging $900. By the way I received photo from my tenant directly from his cell phone, not even courtesy of company to show me what all needed to be done.
