Plumbers Spartanburg SC

Extremely poor communication from the office staff. Plumber who came out was very thorough, but communication totally fell apart with the office. I called 3 separate times to get an estimate, was promised each time for a same-day call back, and never heard from them. One star only because the guy that came out was helpful.

If I could rate this business zero stars, I would. This business operates under a variety of names such as Mr Rooter or Drain Doctor-Electric Man, Inc. and does contract work for HMS warranty. They were sent to my house for an ELECTRICAL call by HMS warranty. The man that arrived, though friendly, was not a licensed electrician and readily admitted that he had very basic electrical knowledge. Not surprisingly, he was unable to ascertain my problem or offer a solution. He assured me that he would speak to his boss and one of them would call me back the next day with a plan to finish the work. Three days and 2 messages later, I have yet to receive a reply. We have used this company several times for our home! Our AC issues, plumbing issues, etc and they are always fast acting and a pleasure to work with! Would recommend using them always!
