I’ve been to this plumbing supply store multiple times, and every person at the counter has been incredibly helpful. Even though I’m not a professional plumber, they always take the time to help me find the correct parts I need. They have never disappointed me and always maintain a positive attitude. The staff are all extremely courteous and knowledgeable about all of their products. Don't be shy, if you have a question about the littlest thing they will go the extra mile to assist you. Plumbers is the go-to supply company for anything plumbing related for my husband's small business. They are a great company for businesses both big and small. I highly recommend opening an account with them if you own a business. They're very accommodating and in a great location!

I called at 7am to get price and availability on a 100 gallon commercial water heater that needed to be delivered and installed in a 16 unit building the same day. Jaron had their driver pick it up from their Fall River location and it was delivered to the jobsite by 1:30 pm the same day. Big shout out to Tyler and Justin for getting the old unit hauled away and the new one in it's place!

These folks are incredibly pleasant and efficient. They don’t treat DIY folks like idiots. Would recommend!!!
