Patrick performed Title 5 inspection for my house purchase. He arrived before the scheduled time and he was super nice and efficient in the process. He did not charge additional fee even though he had to spend additional time and effort digging to find the septic tank (and his charge was very fair in my opinion in the market). He was also very patient and spent time to explain the septic system to me and what I need to pay attention to. He was also responsive and nice to reply to follow-up questions that I have via email after the Title Five inspection was completed. He walked us through the results of the inspection (we passed!) and talked about the next steps and when to expect the paperwork.
