We recently availed the services of our local plumbing company for the second time, and on both occasions, our assigned plumber was Cory. I cannot commend him enough for his outstanding performance. His professionalism was impeccable, and his manners were admirable. Cory was very thorough in his work and did a fantastic job. We've had experiences with other plumbers in Downey before, but they simply couldn't compare to his high standards. I must also add that the company is now under new management, and their service quality has significantly improved. Overall, we're highly impressed and satisfied with their service.

The receptionist, Cory, graciously offered to fit me in even earlier and arranged a meeting for the next day. The plumber, Ezekiel, was polite and thorough. He patiently answered all my queries and even went the extra mile to provide additional tips and assistance! I couldn't be more pleased with this company now under new ownership. They have examined two of my properties in Downey, always with a keen eye for detail. Highly recommended.

great focus on the customer! the senior plumber, cory, was extremely skilled and knew all about plumbing and water heaters. he's got years of practice under his belt. he patiently explained the functioning of the systems and diagnosed the problem in the most economical manner. he wrapped up his work pretty fast. he even answered a quick question i had later on. fantastic job and knowledge. i would recommend him and parker & sons plumbing & water heaters company. double thumbs up!
