Jeffrey Campbell from Plumbing Connection is very professional. He did a clean cut in the wall. Everything was replaced and installed to perfection. He was on time as scheduled for my service appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Plumbing Connection from my experience, have policies in place that cover customer service first, dedication, do it right, 100% satisfaction, teamwork (always having each other's back, no team member is better than the other), every job is different so the experience, expertise and education is passed on for the betterment of the company and customers. Employees are always smiling and friendly. They communicate with the customer, keeping them updated on what's going on. The employees answer questions with honesty and provides the customer with a secure and confident feeling of what's going on is best for them. They don't recommend unnecessary services. They stand behind their work. The customer always come first.

Jason inspected the toilet leak & provided the pros, cons & costs of 3 solutions. Regarding the kitchen sink & disposal, he knew right away the issue & got it fixed. He also provided suggestions & insights for future repairs. He is an amazing rep for Plumbing Connection & will be on my list for future needs. He even took a peak at my water heater when I asked a question. It's hard to choose a company for service needs & in spite of reviews, you never really know what you'll get. My initial call w/Anthony was a breath of fresh air. He was so kind. Shortly after, a follow-up call came from one of the gals in the office to schedule the appt. for the next day. She was a sweetie. Jason called that morning to say he was ahead of schedule & could come early if that was ok. To summarize, Plumbing

Technician is prompt, personable, and efficient. Gave knowledgeable resources on types and brands of toilets. He originally diagnosed the leak and promptly fixed source and verified that the water source was functional without further issues. I appreciate that he was mindful of our flooring and cleaned up afterwards. We have used this plumbing company multiple times for projects with great results. They have great communication from the office to staff and to the customer. I fully recommend!

Garrett me know when he'd be here and fixed what we thought was the issue (split water line) but due to the water heater freezing we will need a new one. Good news is that they'll be here 1st thing in the morning to replace. Prices seem reasonable. Work so far has been great and professional. Will expand after tomorrow but so far extremely pleased. Edit: Water heater installation: Jeremy was here next day as promised. He was without his partner and the weather was making everything difficult but I had hot water that evening. Was very pleased with his attention to detail and did a great job. I would recommend plumbing connection to anyone needing plumbing services.
