Called Plumbing Doctor off a recommendation from our home builder. Our technician Sean was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in repairing our water heater. Explain things so that I understood what he was doing and why. He also showed me the defective parts showing the issues. Great service! I would highly recommend and pricing was fair.

This Company is absolutely amazing. Sean and Jeremy were outstanding. I’m at a Airbnb and they were asked to come out last minute and got here very quickly. They did a thorough job inspecting the water heater and making sure everything was working properly. They were very helpful and very nice gentlemen! I also got great tips for Maintaining the water heater!! Would definitely recommend this company to anybody in the area. 5/5 all the way 😎

Dave and Trevor came out to assess our water heater that kept resetting itself. After confirming that it was in great overall condition, they replaced the heating elements and thermostats and cleaned it out. They were both pleasant and prompt and explained every step of the process. Highly recommend.

David and Trevor were amazing! Our toilet wouldn’t flush and it turns out the drain pipe was full of water and clogged. They got everything fixed and even let us know that whoever redid the pipes downstairs didn’t do them right and gave us a quote! Would definitely recommend using them in the future!

Sean and Trevor did a fantastic job repairing my shower leak and installing my new new shower head with quality and even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. These guys are super friendly and professional. Been using PD for years since they’re consistently good and a local business.
