Plumbing Help Now

Don came out to my house two years ago when my basement was flooding, no one else would come for hours. Saved a ton of damage. Today he came out in under an hour and fixed my sump pump quickly! Thanks again Tom!!

My elderly grandmother heard about this place on the radio so called for help, because her dishwasher, and wash tub and kitchen sink weren't draining. The guy comes in and tells her to make out a check for the service call, checks the dishwasher and says it's the sewer. Goes outside and comes back in a couple minutes later and says "The pipe is cracked and I don't want to do it. It's a mess down there" and walked out. I gave 1 star only because I had to. There's a nice way of saying and doing things. At the least, he could have referred someone else.

Don is always so friendly and gets the job done. Highly recommend.
