Plumbing Overstock

Ridiculous experience with this business. Purchased a new faucet aerator at end of December. Matched the part number up with my manual from existing faucet. Took 2 months to show up, never any communication that it would be delayed. Finally get it in early Feb and it's no where near the correct part as it would not fit. Contacted them, agreed to send pictures of my part and the part I received, pics of manual showing the part and faucet and even a pic of the faucet in my house so they could go back to manufacture. Never hear anything. At this point, I went to another local store to get the part. Requested refund via email, heard nothing, called several times and got a refund request, filled that out and nothing. Called again to see the status, waiting on manufacture. Week went by

I ordered from them on August 29th with the understanding it would take 7-10 days to receive they still haven't updated the shipping. The customer service just tells me they are sorry but cannot provide any more details. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered a piece Nov 21, was told it would take 7-10 business days. Called today dec 4th and told it was on back order till April... what a joke, didn't even notify me and now they are telling me it will be another 7-10 business days to confirm the cancellation and get a refund. AVOID

I placed an order for a showerhead and after repeated calls and chats the order still hasn't moved since September 29th. When I placed the order it looked like they had it in stock. This is so unacceptable. I am told again and again they will call with an update but never do.

Save yourself time and money! Order what you need from another company! I ordered a product in January with the anticipation of it delivering in 2 months as it was out of stock but was charged immediately. The advertised shipping date was 2 months. After receiving an email update that it was back in stock and I'd hear back in 24 - 48 hours in March, nothing happened. I followed up via email with no response as well. After calling customer service, they seemingly did not understand my frustration and tried to pass me off to the accounting team as "this was not a customer service issue." It was difficult to request a refund and my order was slated to deliver in 2 months, then 3, then 8 months and not guaranteed.
