I gotta say Plumbing Police service is exceptional. I had them come out to fix two things and one item I thought possibly needed to be looked at, but they identified it before I could tell them. That item needed to be ordered and a new appointment. Both appointments were on time and the service was completed as expected. I have used Plumbing Police for many years now and they never fail to deliver quality, courteous, prompt service. This time, the plumbing leak in a hot water heater caused the well pump to run constantly, depleting not only the water supply but costing significant electricity to run the pump. When I called the office, Alexis had a crew out to do the repair within 2 hours of my call. The guys diagnosed the problem quickly and they were neat and professional and had the repair done in short order. We are fortunate to have this business to take care of our homes when we need them. I'm a "seasoned" and reputable plumber in our local area. But being a private contractor and a much smaller "outfit" than Plumbing Patrol, and due to certain circumstances, I was not able to get to a client of mine that had an occuring problem in a timely manor so I reached out to Plumbing Patrol for their help to make sure they were taken care since I wasn't available. Dustin and his team were timely, communicative with both the customer and myself, and left both the customer and I very happy with their service and professionalism.
