Jake from Plumbing Solutions replaced the filter cartridge for my whole house water filter and took a look at a number of small plumbing matters that needed attending to. He phoned while he was on the way to my house and arrived right at the scheduled appointment time. He was polite, professional and took care of the work efficiently. I also appreciate the care he took to place shoe covers over his boots and to leave work areas spotless. I am a satisfied customer.

Unfortunately our oil-fired water heater developed a slow leak. It was very old and I knew this was a replacement versus fix it situation. I called Plumbing Solutions after seeing them recommended a number of times on a local Facebook group. They came out the same day to provide an estimate. They were able to coordinate the work with an electrician to be done at the same time the following day so that we weren't without hot water for long. Due to previous commitments, we were not home at the time. They were clean, trustwothy, and got the job done quickly. We've had the new tank for a couple of weeks now and have been very happy with the work they did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!
