I have had Brian with Plumbing Solutions do multiple projects in our home. Exceptionally responsive, fairly priced, and very high quality work! This is my go-to plumber in Rochester.

Used Brian to install our tub and surround because he was recommended to us.. He gave us the “high” price IF he had any issues which we never informed he did have any…Just to be charged OVER the high price he gave us. Charged 8 hours of labor when he was not there for 8 hours. He then told us we bought a “cheap tub” when we contacted him saying it was not level… The caulking job looked horrendous when we arrived at home. Never using this company ever again, very poor experience for our bathroom remodel.

Had work done twice with Plumbing Solutions, both times have been absolutely professional and to the letter in quality. The work I had them do for a bathroom remodel was excellent, caulking, drain, lines, all perfect. The second time fixed a leak in my utility room on a Saturday evening and was a huge mess but came through quick to get the leak repaired. Will use again when needed, best in the business.

Brian with plumbing Solution LLC, is the most “local” down to earth plumber your ever going to work with! He is super friendly very professional and prompt! There’s not another plumber I would ever need or want to recommend then plumbing solutions LLC! Will continue to always use for any of my plumbing issues! Brian was amazing…. Great with communication, on time, was at my house when he said he would be there. Obviously knowledgeable with plumbing but also did a wonderful job with redoing our entire shower walls and flooring. Pricing was very fair…. I’m super impressed!!!! A+ job 😁
