My husband and I placed an order from their website and had a great experience with this company. They have really low prices and we were able to find some great deals. Jonathan reached out the next day as there was an issue with the delivery to our PO Box. They were able to help get it figured out and I received my order on time. 10/10 customer service. They intercepted a problem, solved it, and kept me informed the entire time. I will be ordering from them again. Everything came intact in their own little packages. I appreciate the care put into our order!

Serena with customer service was great! I called about a USPS shipping and tracking problem. She explained what had happened and asked that I call back the next day if the shipment still hadn't arrived. It showed up the next day. I've been a customer for over a year with pricing and shipping being great.

I was cautious at first because their prices were half than what was sold at Home Depot. I placed an order and it arrived from their shipping point in California to Virginia in 4 days via usps. The copper fittings were same quality as Home Depot, very impressed and satisfied.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Only half of my order arrived with the order. When I called customer service, I could barely understand her. She asked me to email my order number, which I did. She said she would get the missing pieces out along with the tracking number. Each day that passed there was no email no tracking number and I contacted them and they never got back to me so I had PayPal issued me a refund. I will never deal with these people again. I wish I had read the reviews because the number of people have reported the same or similar issues
