Scott (and Jim) cleared a clogged main water line, flushed 2 water heaters, replaced 3 toilets, replaced a shower head and handheld shower head in one large shower and a shower head in a bath tub shower combo, replaced the portion of a bathroom faucet that controls water flow, and made sure my dishwasher was functioning properly. They inspected everything as they went to assure my home is ready for the cold weather that’s coming. They even replaced my storm door handle that was broken! There was much in my home plumbing that wasn’t working to full capacity and PlumbMasters got every plumbing related thing working perfectly. Gentlemen with excellent problem solving skills. PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for.
