The manager, Chris, was very helpful in carefully explaining to me pest problems and how to resolve them. His gave me several possible solutions and with a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Plukett's in the future and highly recommend this company to everyone with pests.
Dakota, was very quick to show up for the first visit to help figure out the issue. It was tough to pinpoint what bug was causing the issue at first, but he stayed positive and determined to figure out the issue. He insisted that we figure out what we were treating before just trying treatments and charging me. He was very clear about the whole process once it was determined what bug it was. He was always available and quick to answer any questions that came up along the way. Also very easy to schedule with! Hopefully, I won't need Plunkett again for my sanity, but if I do, I'll call again!
