PMI

I was staying at the hilton next door and when they had no elevator I wanted to drive to drop off my bags and to do so I would have to pay 7$ for less than 5 mins in the garage. When I talked to the "support on site" he said he has no power to do anything. What is your job then man.

A parking garage that is priced the same as others in the area. There are two entrances / exits on opposite sides of the block. There is an attendant working the office during business hours . I feel safe and don’t worry about my vehicle while parked, other than that, I don’t have any other expectations for a parking garage.

Don’t park here, keep driving down the road and the garages have free after hours. Bozzelli’s Sandwhich shop does NOT validate.

Don't try to reserve parking here with SpotHero! Everything seemed fine in the app, but it told me to show my reservation to an attendant on my way out, and there was no attendant. I waited a few minutes and luckily someone happened to come by, but for some reason she was very irritated that I'd used SpotHero and told me not to use it there again, and at one point it seemed like she wasn't going to let me exit without paying. I couldn't tell what her issue was, and I've never had any issues using SpotHero with other garages in the DC area, so I won't be parking here again.

This garage is the worst. I'm a resident at Concord and pay for monthly parking here. PMI has been "updating" it for the past year, which essentially means painting walls and pipes rather than fixing the many leaks that drip on your car and ruin the finish. There's always some section closed off or gates closed. If you have a problem and there's no attendant, don't bother calling PMI. They won't pick up.
