PMI Remodeling & Repairs

PMI performed a complete gut/renovation of my condo; kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living space. They did exceptional work on every aspect – flooring, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, tile and finishing. They were always professional and took obvious pride in their work. In addition, PMI took responsibility for permitting, working with my HOA, and being my advocate with unrelated vendors. They provided sound advice on dealing with issues identified with prior work and immediately addressed open items. As a remote owner I was impressed and appreciative of the thorough and timely communication they had with me throughout the project. Project management was always available when I had questions. I was totally impressed and highly recommend them.

PMI did an outstanding job remodeling my master bedroom and bathroom! The quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. The tile work in the shower and on the floor is absolutely beautiful and expertly done. We are also extremely happy with the custom cabinetry in our bathroom and closet. The craftsmanship is absolutely perfect and every detail is beautifully finished. The entire space has been transformed, and you can really see the attention to detail in every aspect of the project.
