Highly recommend PNH Plumbing. Phil was honest, upfront, and made the whole process easy. I never felt overcharged or taken advantage of, which is rare these days. PNH were flexible with scheduling, and once we set the job, my water heater installation was quick and smooth. Phil and his team did great work and were professional from start to finish. They were already booked a few days ahead, but once they knew We were without hot water, PNH fit us in their busy schedule. If you need a plumber, call Phil at PNH Plumbing. PNH Plumbing and Wells has come to our aid twice now. Once back in September, when our well system (tank and pump) decided to quit working during our kitchen renovation. The system was old and needed replacing, and our contractor recommended PNH Plumbing and Wells. We were able to call them during the night as they take emergency calls, and they sent someone out the next day and got it replaced very quickly considering how much work needed to be done. Phil, the owner, is a very kind man and wanted to help us understand our well system to make sure we could take care of it after they were done with the work. I don’t often leave reviews, but the service I received from PNH was truly exceptional and deserves to be acknowledged. From the very first interaction, it was clear that this is a company that takes pride in not only what they do but how they do it. They made multiple trips out to troubleshoot our issues and made sure we were not left without water! Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. What stood out most was their willingness to go above and beyond—not because they had to, but because they wanted to. In an age where quality customer service often feels like a thing of the past, PNH reminded me what true professionalism and personal care look like.

One star for making time in their busy schedule on a service call the same day I called. One star for using modern billing practice. (Monday) Asked for them to take a look at my well due to copious amounts of sediment. I did not have potable water and was desperate, especially not being able to be home at the time of service . They removed rusted bolts from my well cap. They did not replace all of the bolts that were removed and did not properly tighten the cap, leaving a noticeable gap. PNH called with "good news" about an hour after arriving: we had water. I'm not sure if this was supposed to be a joke, but I did not find it funny. They continued to report they flushed the pressure bladder several times, however the sediment would not clear and they would be back tomorrow after w

Following up (seems like Phil and crew are here every month or so). I was getting a terrible grinding noise from my garbage disposal, and couldn’t see or feel anything that might be causing it. I full expected that the blades were broken or bent and the disposal would need to be replaced. PNH came out this morning with a replacement, and could have easily just replaced it and charged me for a new unit. But they removed and inspected the old unit, found and removed a small metal skewer wrapped around a blade, and put it back on. Works fine now. That kind of honesty keeps me a customer of PNH. I’ve hired Phil and company many times over the years. He’s honest, reasonably priced, and prompt to respond to service calls. Highly recommended.
