Dustin did such a great job installing tile in my office and entryway...so much so that I hired him again to install laminates throughout my home, including the staircases! He is very professional and gives attention to detail, making sure that everything is done to the customer's satisfaction. My flooring went from drab to fab...I would definitely recommend and use Dustin again on future projects!

For the second time, we worked with Dustin at PNW Flooring Store and for the second time, our experience was top-notch. His prices were great (we checked out some places with very high install costs compared to Dustin's quote) and he was able to work with us on a tight timeline that was sandwiched between painters and movers. We had new hardwood, carpeting, quartz countertops, and tile backsplash installed. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Very responsive and came back out to address a couple of small issues quickly. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and PNW is one of the best. Would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them for projects large and small.
