Entire duct cleaning, sanitation and dryer vent cleaning service was great. Pete was punctual, accommodating and very friendly. Provided photos before and after. Was also very respectful of my loud dog and answered all my questions. 5/5 for amazing service and will be using PNW ProClean again in the future.

Highly recommend PNW ProClean. In the past I used duct cleaning services that came out and tried to upsell me on numerous other things I didn't want / need. Not so with PNW ProClean. Ted was amazing. Hard working, very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to, and even gave me advice on other home issues I was having that weren't in their field. Will definitely use them again for any HVAC / Ventilation issues in the future. They even provided before / after photos in their invoice to show the amount of improvements / work that was performed. Would give them 6 stars if I could!

Where do I even start?! These guys are CLASS ACT! So incredibly thankful for their service! They were so kind and accommodating, as well as professional and thorough. I can’t recommend them enough. Photo is just a portion of what they pulled out of our vents. We just bought this house, and found out the vents have NEVER been cleaned.

We had some concerns about the HVAC cold-air return in our new house. Several companies declined to investigate while the house was still under warranty, but Ed was happy to help us out. We really appreciated his knowledgeable perspective and friendly service. We highly recommend his company!

Price quote was reasonable, and Pete performed his test on time and in a very clean and organized manner. He protected our corners so that his air hose would not damage our walls and more protective goodies so not to bring it outside dirt. This is a great company to work with as a perform their job professionally. Highly recommended.
