Luckily for us we called PNW Restoration and after a thorough initial assessment over the phone, within 30 minutes, Wayne showed up and was able to identify the issue and recommend a fix, while also providing valuable tips to bridge the gap between now and when we can have our roof repaired. It's hard to put into words the absolutely amazing work PNW Restoration performed after a pipe burst in our basement. Starting with the assessment and mitigation work - everything was done professionally and perfectly. Then they dealt and negotiated with our insurance adjuster to make certain that work would be covered. The drywalling & painting of walls & ceilings was a work of art. Carpet installation PLUS moving furniture out and back. You really cannot ask anything more. Hard to believe that this is just one company with all of the moving pieces. On top of it all, everyone was so professional and genuine. I hope that this never happens again, but if it does, PNW Restoration is on speed dial.
