Moved in back in early 2017, and its been totally fine. Great neighborhood that is working on being a community, which was far different then any other spots I looked at. It has an HOA, that is very reasonably priced, and currently working to better all the people. Outside that, the occasional loud driver and stray cats once in a while just adds character, lol. Quiet neighborhood with military and kids, hoping for even better times to come.
Very nice neighborhood, pretty houses and my cousin has some great neighbors
