Pocono Locksmith

September 15, 2025, the key fob for my truck stopped working after it dropped and broke apart. Of course I didn't have the actual "key" (don't ask, my fault). I was locked out the truck and had not to start it if I could get in. I had an important meeting that day I needed to find local locksmith that would be able to come to the house to help my situation. I checked around in NJ as I am in Warren County. None of the ones I was able to contact were able to help and didn't seem to want to. I reached out to Pocono Locksmith and Chris the owner answered. I explained my situation and Chris said he had several service calls already scheduled but he would come over as soon as he could. Chris showed up much quicker than I thought he would. He was able to open the truck, ascertain the key codes

Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly. What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting. Great workmanship, great communication, and great people. I didnt need locksmith services - but my truck broke down in the middle of the road and would not turn back on - I was stuck there for about 20 minutes until Chris pulled up - i wasnt able to start the truck and it would not allow me to put it in neutral however, Chris was able to get the truck into neutral and pulled me into a safe parking spot. He also recommended a tow truck company who was there within the hour. The tow truck driver needed some assistance and Chris was able to walk him through also getting the truck onto the flatbed. Great person and would recommend for business to anybody!!

Chris was a great help. By far the best service you can receive from efficiency, quickness, and great customer service. Came to program a key for me that ended up not working and ended up getting me a replacement for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend if you need anything taken care of of!

My elderly mom had a dead car battery and couldn’t get into her car. Chris came immediately. Not only was he prompt, knowledgeable and professional; but he was especially kind, respectful, and generous with his service and time. I highly recommend him to everyone! Thank you so very much Chris!
