The security lady at this place is truly one of a kind incredibly professional, with a joy and attitude that brighten everyone’s day, something that feels rare now. Please congratulate her for me. Even in the heat, she was always going in and out with the warmest attitude, making every truck driver feel welcomed and cared for. 06/12/2025 1pm

From a truck drivers perspective this place needs a serious overhaul in management. Was here months ago stopped at security and called as the sign says, was made to feel like an idiot for following directions and told the gates open drive and go to the pods office. Today I did what I was told last time and get talked to by the people in the pods office for not stopping and calling security. It’s really getting old being made to feel stupid while completing my job. I follow directions and if I’m told the directions are not accurate I do the next instruction given. Please stop making drivers feel stupid for your employees misinformation. Other than that, it’s an easy delivery and easy pick up generally pretty quick.

The worst experience ever! They delivered my pod facing the wrong direction. Even though I specified in my comments what I needed. On two additional attempts, they refused to turn it around or take it back. The drivers were rude each time. I am never using this company again. The lack of communication is ridiculous! After the first mishap, I requested a callback from a supervisor. No one called. I'm still in the same situation with the pod expected to be picked up almost a week later. I couldn't even use it. Smh. I would never recommend using them. If you want to waste time and money, use this company.

Do not use. They do not show up when they say and customer service is very poor. Gave me a pick up date and kept telling me they were showing up and never showed until 10 days later

Terrible Company should not be in bussiness!!! Never delivered the loaded pod,had to unload to a uhaul truck!!!
