PODS Moving & Storage

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Please be aware they will lie and lie just to get you off the phone. They have cancelled my pick up with no call or reschedule 4 TIMES leaving me to call every single time and wait on hold just to be lied to. I was promised on two separate occasions due to the ‘miss-jump’ being their fault (multiple times) they assured me I would not be charged as it is not my fault. When they finally did show up to collect the container instead of the driver calling when en route (like they are supposed to) I received no call and I then see on my camera the driver drove off in my yard (with no right to do so) causing almost $1,000 worth of property damage. I then leave work to come assist the driver and find out what going on, only to come home and

This company has a long way to go to meet expectations. The storage facility rarely has anyone onsite, based on my family's experience over the last 3-4 months. Every time my dad scheduled a time to get into his container, he always had a 30 min to an hour wait for someone to show up to the site. On one occasion, he waited 40 mins for someone to show up to let him back to his container before getting frustrated and leaving. The individual called my dad about 15 minutes later asking where my dad was. When it was explained that he waited 45 minutes past his scheduled time for entry before leaving and that he would turn around and return the individual stated that wasn't ok as they were closing in 10 minutes. Today, my dad's container was scheduled to be delivered to my house between 9:45-12:

Had the VERY BEST experience, the driver Michael Bell was so kind and incredibly experienced. We were needing the pod placed in a difficult location and he had an amazing attitude and put it there with ease! 10/10 recommend!!

Beaumont POD location was fantastic the only positive experience I had with Pods were the employees here. I was at work while the PODs were delivered and I explained how I would like them placed and explained I was in an HOA and they sent pictures and kept me informed!
