PODS Moving & Storage

We used (2) PODS to store our household goods while in the process of buying a new home. Our service over the entire process was excellent. Our driver was very skilled! We did not experience any damage to our property. We would highly recommend PODS.

Driver was excellent! Corporate is a complete joke. Needed to make a change from delivery to storage. Can’t do it from the website (there is no app). Had to call 2 times and ultimately reached out through Facebook messenger to get ahold of an “advocate”. They were able to change it but could not give an exact dollar amount of how much it would change. Had 2 containers going to the same location, but the delivery charges were different. Asked for a detailed invoice, only received one the listed every charge as “invoice”, no detail at all. When I disputed the dollar amount, they sent me to collections so ultimately I paid what they claimed to avoid a hit to my credit. If you don’t mind being randomly charged with no explanation, they are great. But if you value your money and prefer honest

My pod was stored in Davenport, Iowa for five months. Everything was in perfect condition when I unpacked it. Delivery and pick up were smooth and the drivers were very communicative. I would highly recommend Pods and the Davenport, Iowa storage facility.

I had a very positive experience with using Pods! I do feel that the 800 number was not as informative nor as helpful as the one on one interaction I had with the driver. I was told they didn’t service my zip code when in fact they do. I had to hire another company to deliver my furniture to Pods location, but it all worked out. The Driver Dustin went above and beyond in making everything work out. It would be much easier working with the local location than dealing with someone that doesn’t even live in this State.

I was a little worried at first because our parking lot is a little narrow, but the driver was able to expertly pull in and drop the pod without coming close to any other vehicle. They were clean, solid, secure, easy to pack and strap up. Pick up was just as easy, they came when they said they would, picked it up and left with no issue. Definitely recommend.
