If you are reading this and are considering this company, DONT! Listen to the bad reviews. They fast to take you money but they dont fix nothing! EXPENSIVE! they charge me a fee just to come and tell me what i told them was already wrong, and they fix nothing! Lourdes is the owner and she (he?) is the worst. Always argue and rude with me. DO NOT USE THEM!

Save your time and money, The lady that works for this company her name is Lourdes. Poinciana heating and cooling INC,She took my payment so quickly off my hand charged,$95 did nothing to my AC unit. Only looked at it and that was it. I know there's something wrong with it because after she left, I called two other companies. Thankfully they went down to the problem Ms, Lourdes said there's nothing wrong.She is rude inconsiderate and disrespectful. And very argumentative with customer, a person that works for a company. Just had Lourdes of Poinciana Heating and Cooling perform the yearly service on my HVAC system. Absolutely fantastic! She was on time, did a thorough job (our first HVAC check since purchasing in Solivita), explained everything and was, by far, the most reasonable for cost. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lourdes is very professional and honest. When she finds the problem, she explains the problem and how the customer can self service should it happen again. Most other companies would just tell you to call them if it happens again!
