These guys are the real deal. Had an emergency and Shane got me a same-day appointment. He answered fast, showed up on time, and got straight to work. Shane and Abdul are a great team - respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They changed a breaker, an outlet, and fixed its wiring, taking care of the issue. Couldn't have asked for a better team to save the day (and maybe my life). Highly recommended. Shane clearly loves his job, has a good heart, and explained everything in a way I could understand. Shane came to troubleshoot my emergency situation, I told him I needed someone out today because half my power to my house was completely out. He communicated with me extremely well and was able to schedule me in same day while already having a busy day. He was upfront about cost / troubleshooting to find the issue. He found it extremely quick ! He found that my buss bar for my main panel was melted and showed me everything and told me cost of repair. Due the severity, they had to come back the next day so they could find a place that was open to located the parts they needed. They temporarily gave me power until they could came back next morning to make the official repair. They did a fantastic job, response time was amazing, very professional , and very friendly.
