I rarely write reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. After managing rental properties and Airbnbs for over 10 years, I can confidently say Yurii is the most honest and fairly priced appliance technician we have ever worked with. We had another company come out the day before who completely misdiagnosed the issue. Yurii was able to correctly diagnose the washer and dryer problem immediately on his first visit. Not only that, his quote was nearly half the price of the other company. Even more impressive, he fixed both the washer and the dryer the same day. We were ghosted by an appliance repair company who touted their reliability!! After almost 7 weeks of waiting for them to get the part, we decided to seek other assistance. We saw that Spark was locally owned and got great reviews and decided to give them a chance. So glad we did. Yuri was available very quickly and spent a lot of time assessing the problem. He spoke knowledgeably about our dishwasher and seemed to have a lot of experience with Fisher-Paykel. A little over a week later, the part was installed and the dishwasher was working great. Yuri provided excellent customer service! He showed up on time, was quick to assess the issue with our washer. He provided a reasonable quote and repaired the washer. He tested the washer with us so we can confirm it was in working condition when he left. I was very impressed with the service and I will be contacting Spark for my appliance repair needs. I may even request Yuri specifically because he was so nice and professional.

Great job all around! Very pleased. Posted a request for service on a third-party site and got a reply from Yuri’s team within minutes. Very professional and a very reasonable rate on the service provided, compared to four other merchants contacted the same day. Responses and service was prompt and thorough. I even had one merchant try to upsell me well-before an estimate; however, Yuri confirmed that the extra charge and item were not necessary, confirmed what was needed, and visually-presented the issue to—clogged water line and coils—as he was going the job.
