This is A no joke of a company. Point Pest Control team and DAVID are always extremely thorough and professional. Being a contractor and dealing with folks for many many years I’m serious!! This is the best bang for your buck but more importantly the best service best attitude follow up oh by the way, it also works the best. Keep up the great work and customer service!!! Over the summer, I developed a really bad Elm Beetle infestation. Pointe Pest Control was able to come right away and spray. The person who came and sprayed was very nice and I was honestly very impressed with their service. I even left a positive review which I couldn’t find to edit. However, since this time, I’ve been nothing but frustrated and upset with their service and especially their communication. They often claim they don’t get my text messages despite me texting them back and I have told them numerous times I am only available on Mondays. However, they don’t seem to care and decide their own appointments which are typically on days I’m not home. The problem is, I need them to spray inside my home.
