Polania Construction replaced our front porch; they just finished the job this afternoon. We found out about Polania Construction because they did a great job replacing our neigbor's front porch. Adrian came out promptly after I contacted them and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeabe. My wife and I spent roughly an hour on the phone with him one night going over different options available for the porch. Adrian truly cares that his customers are happy with the final product and that meant a lot to us. And the gentlemen on Adrian's crew (Andy, Hugo, and "Matt") were extremely hard-working and barely needed anything from us. Adrian and his team did an absolutely incredible job!!! When I first purchased this home, I knew the yard was going to be my biggest challenge…and this beautiful patio and matching steps is the very first step (pun intended) in transforming this space! I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Check out the before and after. Going to look even better once I get some grass back here. These guys are extremely hardworking, talented, and just all around lovely to work with. Adrian, Jerry and crew do a great job. Honest, skilled and an eye for doing things right are what makes Polania stand out above the rest. They are very neat while doing their work as well.
