What a waste they are one of the worst companies that do shoe up on time but every time Josh comes he takin u into buying his contacts and every time he comes it’s something different prices are crazy his work sucks he sells you a contract and of course, the part that it needs now is not covered. They’re building themselves a little racket.bad business

They keep changing their business name but it’s still JTF and he still didn’t pull a permit when he installed our system. They left us in a lurch.

Wow! What a difference it makes to hire the right HVAC company! Since I moved to Florida I've hired a few HVAC companies to fix my heat. Each company said that I need to replace my entire HVAC unit. That is until I called Polar Air. Phillp White (owner of Polar) immediatly found that the wires to my heat had been disconnected! Not only did those other shady HVAC companies tell me that I needed replace my HVAC unit, but the also disconnect the wires and/or they didn't connect them so see if the heat worked! So, I payed only $80 to get my heat fixed....Phillip's honesty saved me $8,000!!!!! I just can't say enough about how much it means to have found such an ethical company to rely on. Thank you so much, Phillip :)

The condenser motor was squealing...LOUDLY! And Phillip was out at my house first thing. I couldn't be happier with the service! Thanks bunches Polar Air!!
