Not only did these guys have the earliest availability than the three contractors I shortlisted through Mass Save, but they worked around my work schedule and holiday travel plans to do my whole house insulation project - which I really appreciated as winter was just around the corner. As other reviews mentioned, Curtis and his crew carefully protected our (brand new) hardwood floors with lots of tarps, threw plastic over furniture and vacuumed after each day of work. Our home feels so much warmer and I am already seeing savings in my gas bill! I couldn't be any happier with their work.

As part of Mass Saves that my landlord reached out to, this company was the one to take the call for insulating my apartment building. The job quality is so terrible. There is glue residue all over the porch walls that they insulated, they shoddily nailed the wood panels back into place after splintering them off (pictures included). They even shattered some of my belongings that were in the space they were working and hid it from us instead of being honest and either 1) letting us know it needed to be moved or 2) owning the mistake. To top it off, we work from home. My landlord communicated that this would take one day to complete. It took this company three full days. We're having a lot of renovations done on our home. Of all the contractors we've hired, Polar Bear insulation was among the best. They were hired through Mass Save. I highly recommend. They were courteous, punctual, did great work, and did a fabulous job of cleaning up after himself.

Polar Bear Insulation came yesterday. They were great. Curtis was very friendly and answered all my questions. The team worked all day and I hardly heard them. When they left, the area where they worked was immaculate. I would never have know they were there. Great company and my house already feels warmer.
