The technician from polar heating was very honest and upfront, he was Very polite and well educated! The company itself sent to technician within two hours of me calling. Our heat had gone out in the entire house overnight and when I told them my 82-year-old mother was here with us. They put a rush in our service! I’m extremely satisfied!

From start to finish Polar is superior company to do business. I was getting quotes to replace our 21 year old furnace. When I contacted Polar via their website, they responded within minutes and asked what our needs were. After that they had technician contact us to schedule a meeting. The technician arrived on time and his first concern was to hear exactly what our needs were and our expectations regarding price and quality of the equipment we were looking to install. Throughout the entire process Jerry’s main concern was meeting our needs including our budget. He provide us with some options and continued to make sure he was meeting our needs. Polar Heating visited our home at the appointed time, and called before they arrived. The employee was very professional, respectable and courteous. He explained every detail without hesitation. And in less than 45 minutes, my furnace was working perfectly and still is. My confidence in polar Heating made me realize that there are companies out there who actually work for their clients. My wife and I was truly blessed. I will refer Polar to all my friends, neighbors, family and love ones. I will not state what they charged us, but I will say this, it was not expensive at all. This is one of the reasons I will use them over and over again. The operator they sent (Pat) was great.

Have had two very positive experiences with Polar. Technicians are very knowledgeable and do not try to upsell. Seem like honest and ethical folks. They both provided us with a good education on our boiler system and fixed our issue quickly (at a price that was half of what another company had quoted us). We will only call Polar from now on!

Polar is a great company. They have professionals working with them. They offer very good prices and warranties. I’ve recently had an AC installed brand new at a great price and over a year ago. I had my new furnace installed. I really like Polar and I will refer them to anybody interested in purchasing or servicing an AC or furnace. I appreciate Polar. 😊❤️🙏
