Polar Vortex Heating & Cooling

Polar Vortex was at our six-flat on two occasions to clean dryer vents. Three units vent to a connecting stack to a roof vent and the other three units vent separately to the outside. On both occasions, Ruben proved to be a solid technician- very confident, thorough and efficient. His helper Chris provided strong, quick assistance- together they're an excellent team, polite and professional. We're thankful for their friendly and respectful handling of each unit's issues. I'm most grateful to Ruben for locating and sealing a leak in my dryer/gas connection, reassuring me it's now safe- thank you! We highly recommend Polar Vortex Heating & Cooling!

Such a great find! We called them this summer on a weekend when our AC gave out, and they came quickly at a very fair price. Now we've had a boiler serviced by them and it was fantastic - easy to book, very thorough, and very reasonable. Ruben initially said he'd be here for about 45 minutes but then took well over an hour to clean it thoroughly. Afterwards he sent pictures to show the system and the work he'd done. Really pleasant experiences with them, and I'm not someone who usually finds HVAC work pleasant!

We've had a service contract with Polar Vortex for several years and continue to be very impressed by their reliability and professionalism. Pre-scheduled maintenance checkups are always completed thoroughly with any necessary feedback explained clearly. More importantly, when our AC went out in the middle of this summer's heat wave, thanks to our service contract, Ruben responded quickly despite our contacting him at 8 pm. He had us up and running again in no time. We highly recommend Polar Vortex for the rare level of excellent customer service they provide.

Had an incredible experience with Ruben at Polar Vortex HVAC. Another company I had been using for years had said I need a new blower motor (2nd time in a little over a year). They couldn't figure out why I needed this part again. Ruben came out and figured out the source of why this part kept failing and was more competitive on pricing. Highly recommend his company.

Ruben was very helpful and did his best to get our furnace up and running, unfortunately it stopped working after he left. We do need replacement parts which will take a few days.
