Polite Pest is truly the best. My technician Ray is always so friendly and kind- not to mention timely. He always lets me know when he is on his way which helps so much with my schedule! We had Erick at our house this week and he went above and beyond with his level of customer service. Erick was communicative before and after our treatment and even brought in our recycling bin from the curb. We also forgot to lock our dog door prior to treatment, but we anticipated the dog would be too scared to come out, however Erick made it a point of asking what our dog's name was just in case she came out to greet him.
