I would give Polk County Heating & Cooling 10/5 stars if I could! They were extremely friendly, reliable, and efficient. There was a part that basically required us to shut off our furnace until it was fixed. However, we determined due to the age of our furnace to replace it entirely. I can tell you they are quality and cost-friendly compared to franchised companies, which is why I always choose small businesses and local companies. Greg led the team and everyone who entered our home was respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you PCH&C! Choose this company, they will take care of you like you are their own!

i hired Polk county heating and cooling to install a new a/c and furnace. They were thousands less in price! They showed up on time on the day they said they would be here. They installed BOTH units quickly and did not make a mess. The installers were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The guy who gave me the quote knew his stuff! I recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Our AC went out and I called Polk County Heating & Cooling. Greg came out that day and diagnosed and gave us some options. He was extremely respectful and professional and I didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell or rip us off. Very honest and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help and cared. Would highly recommend!

Greg replaced our water heater this week. From his recommendations, to the scheduling, to the install the entire process was pleasant, professional, and comfortable. No high stress sales pitch. He gave my husband the information he needed to make the best decision for our situation. And the price was reasonable. We also use PCH&C for our semi-annual furnace & A/C checks. Terrific company.
