I was an extremely satisfied customer with this company for the last 5 to 6 years. Management clearly changed. Over the span of about four weeks, I probably called and left anOver the span of about four weeks, I probably called and left a message at least eight times about setting up the spring irrigation set up with no returned calls. Eventually the irrigation was started up, but work was not checked to make sure everything was working properly. When I called to follow up with my concerns, I was promised that they would fix the issue, but then never followed up. Upon reaching back out multiple times with no response, I was eventually told for me to take my business elsewhere. So disappointing because they were such a great company to work with in the past. Again, I was a very happy custo

This company is great!! They are extremely responsive. I have asked them to come extra on several occasions and they are very prompt. We often get compliments on our yard, and I truly feel like they take good care of us.

I have Total Quality treat my lawn yearly. We have dogs and they always call in advance to ensure the dogs are inside when they arrive. Once they are complete, the lawn always looks great. Highly recommend.

Total Quality is a class act organization. They are fairly priced and I can't be happier with their work. Definitely will use again

Had them for two years. After telling me I had a leaf fungus and that’s why my grass died I got two other opinions. Both opinions said their Chemicals burned my grass . I’ve asked for them to make it right three times. No reply.
