He did an evaluation of why the firepit was not functioning and proceeded to explain and communicated all cost upfront. I had issues replacing a gas line connector for my gas grill. The technician (Brent) was excellent. He was able to determine the right piping and further corrected some old connections. Highly recommend Polly Plumbing.
