Pol's Heating and Cooling

Nathan is great! I wanted someone to come out with the gadget that determines if you are loosing heat anywhere. I called his company just a few days ago and his company scheduled a time that worked with my schedule. He called when he was in route and showed up on time as promised. Went above and beyond checking everything, even looked at the attic space and went into the crawl space. Very professional, very nice and polite. Highly recommend Pol’s!

My experience with Pol's service group (technician Nathan) was excellent. Quick response, on time, courteous, VERY knowledgeable, perfect clean up and good price. Signing up for a service agreement now.

Shout out to Pols Heating and Cooling! Our outdoor AC unit caught on fire Saturday due to an electrical surge. We had been dealing with another company who was putting us off for 1 1/2 weeks even though the AC was totally off and we were misable. They couldn’t even offer a temporary fix. We have a senior dog who doesn’t tolerate the heat very well so this was pretty important. I found Pols online and he came out that day. He IMMEDIATELY changed out the fried wires for a temporary quick fix. This was on Wednesday and we got the new replacement yesterday (Friday). Pol's just installed a new hot water heater, and they did an excellent job! Had a heat and air unit put in several years ago, and they did a great job on that too. Had to go back. Highly recommended!

Got 2 heat pumps, upstairs and down. GREAT service, very speedy, and high quality work - I could tell because Pol's cleaned up the leftover work from the old heat pump, installed before we bought the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this great company, which also installed our water heater. First rate!
