Really gone downhill with new management. Not sure what happened to the quality, time reliant, and accountable staff after Covid-19. Hope they all have good health and know Jesus loves them along with the new faces at Poly Vinyl Creations. Jesus loves you, too, even if it takes 3 tries to make a corner pole.

Dealing with an rude manager named Griff is the essence of this company. You can find comparable product and equally priced or cheaper and actually receive all the product you order and if you don't, Im sure another product line would be better than this manager. He is exactly why I have no faith in this company and I highly urge you to never use them as we are cancelling orders for other jobs coming up and using a different provider. It is a shame that this company feels having "Griff" is a benefit.........it was good product, but not worth the hassle. Dont support poor staff. Shop elsewhere.
