Called on Monday and they were here Tuesday morning. They gave me a great price and did excellent work. Super nice guys and very professional. Great service.

My rental property had tenants calling nonstop about backups, and I needed someone reliable who could get there without drama. Reached out to ask about getting my septic tank pumped. They got me scheduled quickly and the guys came right on time. They tried to find the tank but it was (unknown to all of us) buried deep. They got me in touch with a company who could dig it out. That company came the next day and then Pomerville's guys came immediately afterwards and got the tank all cleaned out. No scheduling days or weeks out, they came literally the same day my tank was uncovered. The guys were incredibly kind and explained everything. Very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. I'm very happy with their services and will definitely be using them moving forward!

After moving into an older home, I realized the previous owner hadn’t maintained the system at all. I was honestly worried it would turn into a huge, expensive mess. The technician who came out was incredibly patient, checked the entire setup, and explained what should be handled right away versus what could wait. They didn’t push for unnecessary upgrades or anything like that. The work they did made a noticeable difference, I could actually relax knowing everything was running safely. The price felt fair for the amount of effort and clarity they provided. If you’re dealing with an older setup like mine, I’d absolutely recommend reaching out to them.

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars to Pomerville. On an extremely cold day, Pablo came out and fixed our septic as we were having serious problems. He diagnosed the issues, cleaned out our septic, and gave us further instructions to avoid future issues. The customer service that Jeff and his team give to their customers is second to none. Thank you again! We are so grateful.
