Had a remarkable technician. Carlos. He kept us informed on his eta, was early. Got through the replacement of warrantied parts quickly. He was very knowledgeable in his field. Had us up and running (with hot water) and we were very grateful. Customers service is in his DNA. This was all under repair so we did not have to pay. But to finish the survey I put $1 and not sure. Our 16-year-old Rinnai tankless waterheater quit working in Sept 2025, and after getting a high repair estimate and considering the unit's age and service, we decided to replace it with a new Rinnai. We were on our second day of cold showers when I called Pompa Plumbing based on a referral from another plumber. My call was answered by a live, lovely lady named Melanie who spoke perfect English and knew her products. She had the unit we wanted in stock locally, quoted us a reasonable price, and rearranged some diagnostic jobs to get us on the installation schedule for the next day!!!
