Pools N More, and Carlos, are best! My pool looks amazing now! Carlos provided great service from the start. We inquired about resurfacing on Thursday and he came over to see the pool the very next day. The work was completed on time and within the timeframe we requested. Very professional and patient, Carlos gave us good advice and was easy to contact throughout the entire process. He was onsite several times, making sure the work was progressing as planned. We can’t say enough good things about Pools N More. We had yellow stains in our pool despite acid washing and were seriously considering having it resurfaced, which would have been very expensive. Instead of pushing the costly option, they suggested trying a chemical treatment first—even though it meant less money for them. The treatment worked beautifully and completely removed the stains, saving us thousands of dollars. It’s rare to find a company that puts the customer’s best interest ahead of their own profit, and we truly appreciated their honesty and expertise. I have been doing business with this company for years and they have kept my pool and pool equipment running ! In December we decided to resurface our pool as the 12 year old finish was coming off and clogging our filter and motor. Working with Scott and Carlos was a pleasure as they handled all the paperwork with the City of Plantation. The actual installers were pleasant and neat while they were on our property and always cleaning up at the end of the day. The pool new surface came out great and they are handling the 30 day corrupt to get the pool stabilized .Wouldreccomend them highly!
