Pond Perfecter

I called the Pond Perfecter in panic because my pond level had dropped over a foot over night and I had no idea why. I had just moved in and have no experience with pond maintenance. I thought the. liner had split open. By some miracle Robert the owner was nearby finishing another job and was able to come right over. He was super friendly and did a thorough inspection and was like a detective by observing and ruling things out. He said go with the facts. He traced the problem to over grown plant roots blocking the spillway causing the water to flow out the back of the catch basin which was completely covered; I would have never seen it. We pulled out a pile of plant roots and re opened the channel. Crisis solved. I am a customer for life. Amazing response time and super knowledgeable. Tha

Rob, Initial work was beautiful however the screen over the fountain well was metal which rusted and broke apart. I called Rob who responded immediately to inspect the problem. He admitted it was a poor choice of materials for a water feature but my one year warranty was up and he was not willing to repair the problem unless I payed him for the work. Appearance is good but internal quality was inferior.

My pond pump quit working on Saturday afternoon. I called several Water Feature companies and was told my pond didnt fit their category for repair. I located Pond Perfecter thru Google search and called. Robert returned my call and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He showed up Tuesday and was able to correct the rather messy issue...my 6 inch goldfish had been sucked into the pump thru the return plumbing. Robert not only fixed the issue, but he also rigged up a screen on my return pipe so that the gory incident wouldn't occur in the future. I highly recommend Pond Perfecters for ANY of your pond problems. His price is very reasonable and he does amazing work. Robert ROCKS!!

The Pond Perfecter knows his ponds and pond equipment. Responsive, careful work, recommends and installs the best and most reliable equipment. He also knows pond fish, although I have not used him for that. He remodeled two waterfalls for me that were troublesome with under-powered pumps installed by a previous landscaper and they are humming along. I'm enjoying my waterfalls again!

I called to have them come out and repair leaks in my pond and fix some other things. The gentleman was very polite and said that he was very busy on a project and could come out and look to get a better idea about what needed to be done and the cost. He set up a friday to come out, but would call to confirm. He never called. I called back and left messages to return my call. Nobody showed up and nobody ever called. I called one last time to see what was going on and my call was never returned. I have absolutely no idea why a new customer would be ignored.
